This congress is being organised for the Middle East and North African Region, mainly, to meet the demands for the development of the Human Capital in the region and around it. M.E.N.A. stands for Middle East and North Africa.

The HRD Congress M.E.N.A. is an extension of the Asia HRD Congress™ that has been organised annually for the last 8 years in and around Malaysia. The Asia HRD Congress™, developed from the success of Trainer Meets Trainers® (TMT), that started in 1978 and still moving strong. Since 2007, the TMT® programme is being run as a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programme in Malaysia (under the SMR Group).

HRD Congress M.E.N.A. is a programme for all professionals interested in attaining more insightful knowledge and for sharing ideas and best practices in order to strive, develop and succeed in the development of human capital. The HRD Congress M.E.N.A. will highlight key speakers from the region and around the globe who are experts in the development of human capital.
