Jon Younger

Jon Younger is a partner of the RBL Group, leads the firm’s strategic HR practice, and is a director of the RBL Institute.

Jon’s career has combined experience in consulting, executive management and HR leadership. Prior to joining the RBL Group he was chief learning and talent officer of one of the largest U.S. based financial services organizations, responsible for leadership development, corporate learning, staffing, performance management and succession planning. He has also managed executive compensation and HR strategy.

For the dozen years prior, he was co-founder and Managing Partner of the Novations Group, a strategy implementation and leadership development firm, and led Novations’ New York office. He was also the executive vice president and COO of NetValue USA, the French Internet firm, and led a global internal consulting team for Exxon Mobil Corporation. Jon holds a Ph.D. in organization and social psychology from the University of Toronto where he also taught. He continues to teach in executive education programs worldwide, including the U.S., Canada, U.K. India, Singapore, Malaysia, China, France, Germany, Czech Republic, Switzerland, Spain and Hungary. He and his wife live in New Jersey. His sons Josh and Aaron are out in the world.
