The TMT® Conference shall carry on its simple philosophy of "Make it Affordable". TMT® events to date have always been priced two to three times cheaper than similar events elsewhere in the world. One of the important goals of a TMT® event is to achieve a high volume of delegates by maintaining low fees hence making it affordable to a large number of people. However there will not be any compromise to quality. TMT® is planned to be a high quality HRD event.

With 30 years of experience behind it, this learningful platform continues to be a space to build and develop the SMR Community of HR decision makers, professionals, trainers and consultants.
