Why do you think the nominee deserves the award? Convince us!
Nominations are open to all (other than the Awards Committee Members).
All documents must be sent on A4 sheet of paper.
Documents emailed must be in Microsoft Word / PDF format.
All documents must include the official nomination form and printed clearly.
Nomination form must be accompanied with:
• Administration Fee of RM 50 in a bankdraft, payable to SMR HR Group Sdn Bhd.
• Documents and/or photos as proof of achievements (in jpg/pdf format if send by email).
• Profile Photo of nominee (in jpeg format of at least 300 dpi for all submission in digital format/via email).
• Comb bind or perfect bind (if sent by post/hand).
All nominations must reach the SMR HR Group Sdn Bhd office no later than February 20, 2011.
Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
Award Recipients must be present to receive the award in person on April 20, 2011, 8.00pm (Sapphire Room, Mandarin Oriental Kuala Lumpur).
Should the Awards Recipient fail to attend the Awards Gala Dinner, the Awards Committee and/or the organiser reserve the right to confer the award to another candidate.
The Award Recipients will be given one (1) non-transferable complimentary pass to attend the Asia HRD Congress™ 2011 Official Opening,
Pre-Conference Workshop, Conference and the Awards Gala Dinner. To purchase seats, please contact karina@smrhrgroup.com
Award Recipients will bear all costs pertaining to their own travel and accommodation.
